Waterberg Academy in Vaalwater made a royal mess! On Thursday 14 February the learners participated in a fun day where they could be covered in different colours dry paint. Lots of fun and squeals of laughter were forthcoming and eventually when the paint ran out they covered each other in soft Vaalwater mud. Olivia Heuser, a Grd 0 learner, is testament to the fun that was had.
Eenheid Primary School in Modimolle honoured the learners who recently lost their lives in the tragedy at Hoërskool Driehoek in Vanderbijlpark after a walkway collapsed. In front with the learners is Gerda Nel, principal of the school.
Laerskool Vaalwater het op Woensdag 20 Februarie ’n geslaagde redenaars-kompetisie aange-bied. Altesame 18 redenaars het die geleentheid gekry om hul standpunte te stel. Jaco de Villiers, prokureur in Vaalwater, Terence Cook, leraar van die plaaslike Nederduits Gereformeerde kerk, en Luther Mokgoto, ’n ouer, het by die geleent-heid as beoorde-laars opgetree. Op die foto is redenaars wat hul deelnamesertifikate ontvang het.
